Garden Grove, CA: 1 Hospitalized with Moderate Injuries after Car Crash on Brookhurst Street and Highway 22

Garden Grove, California (September 9, 2021) – 52-year-old Chris Bin was hospitalized after a multi-car crash that happened Wednesday afternoon in Garden Grove, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The pileup was reported at about 3:47 p.m. on the Brookhurst Street on-ramp to eastbound Highway 22.

Three vehicles of unknown make and model collided under unclear circumstances.

Garden Grove Police Department officers, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene.

Bin suffered moderate injuries in the collision and was taken to UCI Medical Center.

All the vehicles were towed away from the scene.

CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
