Minor Injuries Suffered in Fresno Car Crash on Highway 99 near Ventura Street Off-Ramp
Fresno, California (August 20, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle collision that took place Thursday afternoon in Fresno.
The incident occurred at around 2:53 p.m. on northbound Highway 99 near Ventura Street off-ramp.
CHP said three vehicles collided under unclear circumstances. The cars were blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes after the wreck.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to help an unknown number of parties who suffered minor injuries. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized.
The cause of the crash will be established when authorities conclude their investigation.
