1 Injured in Fremont Motorcycle Accident on 680 Freeway near Mission Boulevard
Fremont, California (August 9, 2021) – One person was injured in a motorcycle accident on Sunday afternoon in Fremont.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the southbound lanes of Interstate 680 Freeway near Mission Boulevard at about 2:42 p.m. August 8.
A motorcycle is reported to have collided with a black Ford Explorer in unclear circumstances.
The officers who arrived at the scene found the rider down on the roadway.
As per the CHP incident logs, the rider sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
