Authorities say the SUV drive fell asleep while driving, lading to the collison
Benton County, WA – Four people were injured in a Tuesday morning traffic collision in Benton County.
According to the Washington State Police, the wreck happened at around 8:15 a.m. on Interstate 82.
A preliminary investigation revealed that an SUV driver fell asleep before hitting a semi-truck.
The police said four people were transported to the hospital with injuries.
The SUV driver is facing charges of negligent driving and driving without insurance.
