Lake County, CA. – At least one person was seriously injured in a DUI collision that happened Thursday evening in Lower Lake, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision took place around 5:56 p.m. on State Route 26 near Hofacker Lane.
A white sedan and another vehicle were involved in the crash. The white sedan was reportedly speeding prior to the accident.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with major injuries.
One of the drivers was arrested and booked into the Lake County Jail for DUI and DUI causing bodily injury.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
