At least one person died in a two-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning on the 215 Freeway in Riverside

Riverside, Calif. – The California Highway Patrol says at least one person is dead after a two-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning in Riverside.
Emergency personnel responded to the southbound 215 Freeway near the Eastridge Avenue on-ramp after receiving reports of the accident around 4:41 a.m.
The responders found two cars involved in the crash and blocking traffic lanes.
The report said at least one person died in the collision.
Details about the manner and cause of the crash were not available.
CHP is investigating.
