Yucca Valley, CA. – David Garcia Valdez, 45, of Yucca Valley has been identified as a rider killed in a traffic collision at an intersection in Yucca Valley Wednesday morning.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputies received reports regarding the wreck happened at the intersection of Onaga Trail and Elata Avenue at around 8:20 a.m.
Valdez was driving an electric motorcycle that collided with a semi-truck in unclear circumstances.
Valdez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
