Police said a gray Toyota Tundra was traveling east on Warner Avenue when it swerved into the westbound side and collided head-on with a red Tesla Y sedan

Fountain Valley, Calif.– Christian Ortega, 38, of Tustin, was killed in a crash that took place in Fountain Valley on Saturday morning, according to the Fountain Valley Police Department.
The wreck occurred near Warner Avenue and Bushard Street just before noon January 27.
Police said a gray Toyota Tundra was traveling east on Warner Avenue when it swerved into the westbound side and collided head-on with a red Tesla Y sedan.
The impact caused the Tundra to roll onto its driver's side.
The truck was also hit by a third vehicle, a blue Toyota Tacoma.
Ortega, who was driving the Tundra, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Tacoma was taken to UC Irvine while the operator of the Tesla went to Hoag Hospital. Both drivers had non-life-threatening.
According to the police, alcohol and drugs were not suspected in the incident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
