Fallbrook, CA.- A woman was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle in Fallbrook on Tuesday night, according to the authorities.
The crash took place in the 1200 block of Fallbrook Street at about 8:28 a.m. on August 6.
Police said Christen Cavanaugh was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
Cavanaugh was taken to Palomar Hospital with serious injuries.
No further details on the accident were available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
