Have you lost a loved one in a Malibu rollover crash?
Rollover car accidents can be very dangerous, leaving occupants severely injured or even dead. Most rollover crashes leave occupants ejected from the vehicles, often resulting in secondary injuries. When a vehicle tips over onto its roof or lands on its side after a collision, it becomes increasingly difficult to rescue victims. Firefighters and emergency responders often need to use specialized equipment to rescue victims from overturned vehicles.
Determining liability in a rollover car crash can be complex and depends on the specific circumstances of the accident. It is therefore important to seek the help of an experienced car accident lawyer to determine the liable parties, which may include:
- Negligent drivers
- Vehicle manufacturers
- Government entities, such as those responsible for signage and road markings.
- Third parties such as construction companies and maintenance crews.
