According to police, the boy reportedly rode a bike in between two parked vehicles and entered into the path of another vehicle traveling in the parking lot
Vancouver, WA.- A child was hit and injured by a vehicle in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
The accident happened at about 3:30 p.m. January 9, at the Townhouse Square Apartments on E. Mill Plain Boulevard.
According to police, the boy reportedly rode a bike in between two parked vehicles and entered into the path of another vehicle traveling in the parking lot.
The boy, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The accident remained under investigation.
