Kitsap County, WA.- A man was killed in a crash involving a suspected DUI driver in Kitsap County on Saturday night, according to a report by the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office.
The incident took place at 5000 Illahee Road NE on August 9.
A 42-year-old man from Bremerton was riding a bicycle in the area when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 36-year-old man, also from Bremerton.
The bicyclist was killed in the accident.
The names of the involved parties were not immediately released.
According to KCSO, impairment was believed to be a factor in the crash and the driver was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide.
The accident is under investigation.
