Elk Grove, CA.- A bicyclist was hit and injured by a vehicle at an intersection in Elk Grove on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Elk Grove Police Department.
The crash took place on Laguna and Big Horn boulevards shortly before 4 p.m. December 24.
