According to Washington State Patrol, a 2018 Audi A3 was racing a vehicle suspected to be a Honda Civic eastbound on a Highway 2 off-ramp when the Audi drifted into the path of oncoming traffic

Wenatchee, WA.- The minor who was killed in a street-racing crash in Wenatchee on Friday night has been identified as Bentley Knight, 12, according to the authorities.
The accident occurred at around 7 p.m. November 21, on U.S. Highway 2 near Odabashian Bridge.
According to Washington State Patrol, a 2018 Audi A3 was racing a vehicle suspected to be a Honda Civic eastbound on a Highway 2 off-ramp when the Audi drifted into the path of oncoming traffic.
The Audi collided with a westbound 2024 GMC Sierra.
Knight was among the passengers in the Audi and was declared deceased at the scene.
The 18-year-old driver of the Audi and another passenger, Erik Figueroa, 14, were airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with major injuries.
No further details on the incident were immediately available.
The WSP is investigating the crash.
