Garcia sustained minor injuries in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment
Willows, CA. – One person was injured in a head-on collision that happened on Thursday morning in Willows.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 5, south of County Road 33, at around 12:26 a.m.
Benjamin Garcia, 46, of Willows, was driving a car north on Interstate 5 when he drifted across the center median and collided head-on with a Freightliner driven by Jagjeet Singh, 29, of Tracy.
Garcia sustained minor injuries in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Singh's injuries were not disclosed.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
