According to the report, three vehicles were involved in the collision on the eastbound side of the highway

Riverside, CA – The man who was killed in a collision involving multiple vehicles in Riverside on Saturday morning has been identified as Avelino Sandoval, 60, of Pico Rivera, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The wreck took place on Highway 60 west of Rubidoux Boulevard at about 7:10 a.m. April 6.
According to the report, three vehicles were involved in the collision on the eastbound side of the highway.
Sandoval was pronounced deceased at the scene following the crash.
Three other parties involved in the accident were transported to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
