1 Sustains Serious Injuries in Auburn Bicycle Crash on Grass Valley Highway and Edgewood Road
Auburn, California (August 11, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a bicycle accident that happened Tuesday night in Auburn, leaving the rider with serious injuries.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 8:20 p.m. on Grass Valley Highway at Edgewood Road.
CHP said an unknown vehicle collided with the bicyclist under unclear circumstances.
The victim sustained major injuries, as per the report. An ambulance was sent to the scene to take the rider to the hospital.
No other information was available, but CHP is investigating.
