El Sobrante, Calif. – At least two people were hurt in a traffic collision that occurred Saturday morning on Interstate 80 in El Sobrante, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident happened at about 5:10 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at El Portal Drive.
Firefighters responded to the scene and temporarily blocked eastbound I-80 at the El Portal Off-ramp.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
The report said at least two people were transported to hospitals with unspecified injuries.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
