CHP said a vehicle was stalled on the eastbound side of the freeway when it was struck by a second vehicle
Los Angeles, CA.- At least two people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in the West Adams neighborhood early Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on the 10 Freeway near the Crenshaw Avenue exit shortly after 3:15 a.m.
CHP said a vehicle was stalled on the eastbound side of the freeway when it was struck by a second vehicle.
The two vehicles were then struck by at least three other vehicles.
One of the vehicles reportedly overturned following the impact of the crash.
Two people were taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
A section of the freeway was shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
