For unknown reasons, Gorr was standing in the northbound side of SR 97 when an SUV struck her, according to the WSP

Okanogan County, WA– The woman who was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash in Okanogan County on Saturday evening has been identified as Annette Gorr, 64, according to Washington State Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 7 p.m. November 1 on State Route 97 near milepost 265.
For unknown reasons, Gorr was standing in the northbound side of SR 97 when an SUV struck her, according to the WSP.
Another car traveling north struck Gorr then left the scene.
A third driver in a Kia Soul also hit Gorr then drove away. The driver was pulled over shortly after by the authorities.
The driver of the SUV stopped at the scene and moved to the shoulder after the crash.
Gorr died at the scene following the incident.
According to the WSP, drugs or alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
