The Washington State Patrol said Alexander Andaluz Lozano, 19, was driving a blue Cadillac west on SR 18 when he drifted across the median and crashed head-on with an oncoming black Hyundai driven by Carmen Pauza, 27.

Covington, WA.– The 21-month-old toddler who was killed in a crash involving a suspected DUI driver in Covington on Monday has been identified as Altyn Stevens, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened on State Route 18 on Monday, October 21.
The Washington State Patrol said Alexander Andaluz Lozano, 19, was driving a blue Cadillac west on SR 18 when he drifted across the median and crashed head-on with an oncoming black Hyundai driven by Carmen Pauza, 27.
According to the report, Pauza and Lozano were airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with major injuries.
Pauza's son, identified as Stevens, sadly died at the scene.
Lozano was charged with DUI and vehicular homicide.
The accident is under investigation.
