Several Hurt in Amador County Accident on Latrobe Road
Amador County, California (June 25, 2023) – Several people were injured in a traffic collision on Sunday in Amador County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred on Latrobe Road near Lorentz Road.
CHP said a Honda Civic was traveling northbound on Latrobe Road when it swerved into the path of oncoming vehicles and collided with a Toyota Tacoma.
The driver of the Honda was flown to UC Davis Medical Center while a passenger in the vehicle was taken to Kaiser in South Sacramento.
At least five other people were also hurt.
Roads were closed in the area as authorities investigated the collision.
The crash is under investigation.
