, CA. – Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision at an intersection in Northridge.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened around 7:50 a.m. at the intersection of Parthenia Street and Corbin Avenue.

Four vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.

Two people were trapped in the vehicles and had to be extricated.

Police say three women ages 20, 24 and 50, were taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

A 33-year-old man suffered minor injuries but declined transportation.
