Goleta, CA. – Four people were sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle accident that happened Saturday morning in Goleta, the California Highway Patrol said.

At least five vehicles were involved in the crash along the Gaviota Coast, causing one of them, a white Toyota Camry, to overturn onto its roof in the center median.
Four people suffered minor injuries in the collision. All the patients were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital by Santa Barbara County firefighters for treatment.
The left-hand lane of the highway remained closed during the rescue operation.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
