A pickup truck collided with a sedan in unclear circumstances. The truck came to rest on its roof while the second vehicle ended up in the center median.
Goleta, CA. – Four people were injured in a traffic collision on Highway 101 in Goleta Monday night.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the wreck occurred at around 8 p.m. on the northbound State Route 101 at Winchester Canyon.
A pickup truck collided with a sedan in unclear circumstances. The truck came to rest on it's roof while the second vehicle ended up in the center median.
Two adults and two children in one vehicle were transported by two AMR ambulances to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle refused medical treatment.
The northbound freeway was closed briefly after the collision but was fully reopened shortly after 9:30 p.m.
More information about the wreck was not provided.
The crash is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
