The DPS said a red SUV was traveling eastbound on Highway 80 when it went across the center line and collided with three motorcyclists
Tucson, AZ.– Three people were killed in a motorcycle collision in Tucson on Sunday evening, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The accident took place on Highway 80 just south of St. David at about 6 p.m. November 24.
The DPS said a red SUV was traveling eastbound on Highway 80 when it went across the center line and collided with three motorcyclists.
Two motorcyclists were pronounced deceased at the scene while the third victim died at a hospital.
The driver of the SUV, a 41-year-old Huachuca City man, was taken to a hospital and is expected to face DUI charges in connection with the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
