According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 2:06 p.m. at the intersection of Murphys Grade Road and Main Street.

A blue semi-truck collided head-on with a black SUV in unclear circumstances.
Three people suffered injuries and were airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
