3 Injured in Multi-Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Highway 138 in Cajon Pass
San Bernardino, California (July 3, 2023) – Three people were hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in the Cajon Pass on Sunday evening.
At around 5:39 p.m. on July 2, the California Highway Patrol and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to reports of a car crash on northbound 15 Freeway near the Highway 138 exit.
A silver Ford E-Max sedan was allegedly traveling at high speeds on the freeway when it lost control and struck a Nissan pickup truck and another sedan.
Authorities say three people were injured in the crash and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
The California Highway Patrol Inland Office is investigating the accident.
