El Dorado County, CA.– Two pedestrians were hit and injured by a vehicle in El Dorado County on Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Highway 49, south of Post Road at about 7:20 p.m. August 10.
For an unknown reason, a vehicle struck at least two pedestrians along the highway.
There were reports of serious injuries in the incident.
