A westbound Kia Optima driven by Edlin crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound Toyota Corolla operated by Klages

Tillamook County, OR. – 23-year-old Isaiah Rashied Edlin of Hillsboro and Carole Ann Klages of Warrenton were killed in a head-on crash early Saturday morning in Tillamook County.
The Oregon State Police said the tragic traffic collision was reported at around 5:12 a.m. on November 18 on Highway 26 near milepost 33.
A westbound Kia Optima driven by Edlin crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound Toyota Corolla operated by Klages.
Edlin and Klages were both pronounced dead at the crash site.
During the on-scene investigations, the roadway was closed for about six hours.
OSP was assisted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Banks Fire, and ODOT.
The crash is still being investigated.
