San Marcos, Calif. – Two juveniles riding an e-bike were hospitalized after being struck by a car on Monday evening in San Marcos.
The accident happened around 7:14 p.m. in the area of Grand Avenue and Linda Vista Drive, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
Authorities say the juveniles were riding an e-bike westbound on Grand Avenue when they were struck by a car.
The juveniles suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
