San Diego, CA. – A motorcyclist and passenger were injured after colliding with a car in Pacific Beach on Sunday morning.
At around 10:45 a.m., the San Diego Police Department responded to reports of a collision at 2700 Garnet Ave near the intersection of Mission Drive.
A 39-year-old man and his 40-year-old female passenger were on a 2002 Harley Davidson Dyna traveling westbound when they collided with an eastbound 2013 BMW M3 that made a left turn.
The male rider was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The motorcycle passenger was also transported to the hospital with injuries including an open fracture to her right tibia/fibula.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
