Sacramento, CA. – At least two people were hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Wednesday evening near Elk Grove in South Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the northbound 5 Freeway near Laguna Boulevard around 4:15 p.m.
The officers who responded to the incident located four vehicles at the accident scene, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
Two people were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
