2 Injured in Bend Car Crash on Bend Parkway

The Bend woman driving the Sienna was partially ejected in the crash and was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries

Bend, OR. – Two people were injured in a head-on collision early Wednesday morning in Bend.

According to Bend police, the accident happened around 8:11 a.m. on the Bend Parkway near the Reed Market Road overpass.

61-year-old Bryan Patrick McMahon of Bend was driving a black Chevrolet Silverado southbound when he veered across the center median into the southbound lanes where he collided head-on with a Toyota Sienna.

The 21-year-old Bend woman driving the Sienna was partially ejected in the crash was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

McMahon was also hospitalized with unknown injuries.

McMahon was cited for careless driving resulting in the accident.

Bend's Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the accident.
