CHP reported that a Lexus LS 460 and a Toyota Prius were involved in the collision

Placer County, CA.- Two drivers were injured in a car collision in Placer County on Sunday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on Baseline Road, west of Watt Avenue at about 7:45 a.m. November 23.
CHP reported that a Lexus LS 460 and a Toyota Prius were involved in the collision.
The drivers were trapped in their vehicles and were helped out by passersby.
The two were transported to a hospital with injuries believed to be major.
The drivers were the sole occupants and no one else hurt.
CHP said impaired driving was not suspected. The investigation is ongoing.
