California Highway Patrol says at least one person was taken to hospital after two vehicles crashed on SR 104 near Ivie Road in Sacramento
Sacramento, CA – One person was seriously injured in a car accident that occurred in South Sacramento on Tuesday morning.
The accident was reported at around 7:45 a.m. on Highway 104 near Ivie Road, according to the California Highway.
A gray SUV and a silver Honda sedan were involved in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
Authorities say one person suffered major injuries in the collision and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
