Phelan, CA. – One person was taken to the hospital after a car accident that happened Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Phelan, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident was reported around 2:11 p.m. at Caughlin Road and Smoke Tree Road.
A sedan overturned onto its roof close to the railroad tracks near the intersection.
An adult party was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
