Penngrove, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a rear-end collision that happened Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Penngrove.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred around 4:14 p.m. at Minnesota Avenue and Old Redwood Highway.
A black BMW sedan was rear-ended by an SUV.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with minor injuries. The report said the patient had been drinking prior to the crash, but it was unclear if they were arrested.
The collision is under investigation.
