A black Tesla Model Y and a gray Honda CR-V were involved in the crash.
San Francisco firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to CPMC Mission Bernal Hospital with the complaint of pain to the chest.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
