Pedestrian Hit, Killed by Car on Interstate 405 Freeway at Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California (July 20, 2023) – A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a car on a freeway in Sherman Oaks on Thursday morning.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened at around 7:15 a.m. on the northbound 405 Freeway at Ventura Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle on the freeway in unclear circumstances.

The victim’s body was found on the freeway, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The pedestrian was not immediately identified.
