One Killed in Seattle Car Accident on Southwest Admiral Way

Seattle, Washington (November 5, 2023) – One person was killed in a crash on Saturday night in West Seattle, the authorities said.

The collision happened on Southwest Admiral Way near Southwest City View Street at about 11:30 p.m. November 4.

Authorities said a silver Camaro was traveling at a high rate of speed north on Southwest Admiral Street when the driver lost control. She then drifted into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming blue Toyota 4Runner.

The Seattle Fire Department responded and helped out the 23-year-old woman driving the Camaro, who was trapped in her vehicle.

Despite receiving life-saving measures, the woman died at the scene.

The other driver, a 34-year-old man, was transported with non-life-threatening injuries to Harborview Medical Center.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
