Santa Rosa, CA – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on Monday evening in Santa Rosa.
The 4:42 p.m. collision happened on southbound Highway 101 near Washington Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the incident recovered four vehicles at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
One person was killed in the accident.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
