One person killed in multi-car crash at Caminito De Los Escoses and Del Dios Highway near Oceanside
San Diego, CA. – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision in Rancho Santa Fe near Oceanside on Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:32 a.m. in the area of Caminito De Los Escoses and Del Dios Highway.
Three vehicles, possibly including a gray Toyota Tacoma and a black Dodge Ram, were involved in the collision. However, the events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
CHP reports that one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the person who died was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
