Sacramento, CA. – A bicyclist died after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday afternoon in North Sacramento.
The fatal bicycle accident was reported just after noon in front of a business on the 4700 block of Northgate Boulevard near Del Paso Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
CHP says the bicyclist was killed in the crash.
The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
