Buckeye, AZ.- One person was killed in a fiery car accident in Buckeye on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Buckeye Fire Department.

It's unclear what led up to the accident.
A vehicle came to a rest next to two metal power line towers and burst into flames.
The fire crews responded to the scene and helped extinguish the fire.
One person was confirmed deceased following the accident.

An investigation into the collision is being conducted by the Buckeye Police Department.
