1 Killed in Baker Crash on 15 Freeway near Cima Road
San Bernardino, California (November 10, 2023) – A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a semi-truck on Friday evening near Baker in San Bernardino County.
The fatal collision occurred on Interstate 15 Freeway near Cima Road at around 8:49 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A semi-truck reportedly struck a pedestrian on the freeway in unclear circumstances. Two other vehicles were possibly involved in the collision.
Authorities say the victim died at the accident scene.
The name of the victim was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
