Santa Rosa, CA.- One person was killed and several others were injured in a traffic collision in Santa Rosa on Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol
The incident took place on the 101 Freeway at around noon.
The CHP said a Honda was traveling southbound on the 101 Freeway when it lost control, drifted into the northbound side and collided with a Subaru.
A passenger in the Honda was killed in the crash.
Six other parties involved in the crash were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
