Grant County, WA.- The Washington State Patrol is working to determine what led up to a deadly crash that happened near George in Grant County on Sunday.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash on State Route 283.
According to the WSP, a 71-year-old man was driving on SR 283 when he drifted into the oncoming lanes and collided with a vehicle carrying three people.
The second driver, a 48-year-old, was killed in the accident.
The two passengers in the second car and the elderly driver were all transported in unknown condition.
Authorities reported that impairment was not suspected in the crash, which remained under investigation.
