Azusa, CA – One person was killed and another injured in a traffic collision on South Azusa Avenue in Azusa Wednesday morning.
The mishap was reported at around 5 a.m. at South Azusa Avenue off-ramp to the eastbound 210 Freeway, according to California Highway Patrol.
Reportedly, the accident began as a two-vehicle crash involving a Porsche SUV and a Ford on the eastbound freeway, forcing one of the vehicles to smash into a guardrail, fly off the freeway, and land in the parking lot of the McDonald's Restaurant and smashed a parked vehicle.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene and another was rushed to the hospital, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher.
