CHP said a Chevy driver slammed into a truck with a trailer, causing the trailer to overturn
Santa Maria, CA.– One person was injured in a collision in Santa Maria on Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place shortly after 1:00 a.m. November 10, on Highway 101.
CHP said a Chevy driver slammed into a truck with a trailer, causing the trailer to overturn.
The driver or the Chevy was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The trailer reportedly leaked fluids following the rollover.
CHP said DUI was suspected to have played a role in the incident and the driver of the Chevy was arrested.
The roadway was temporarily closed following the crash.
The incident is under investigation.
